Refund, In-Store Pickup & Shipping Policy

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our product, refunds cannot be issued. What is the nature of our product? Skincare. Skincare cannot be resold after being opened or used by the buyer.

In-Store Pickup

We offer a convenient in-store pickup option for our customers. Please read the following policy to ensure a smooth pickup experience:

1. Eligibility for In-Store Pickup

  • In-store pickup is available for orders placed through our website, subject to product availability at our store location.
  • Only items marked as “Available for In-Store Pickup” can be picked up at the store.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated pickup time. Most orders are available for pickup within 5-7 business days. 
  • You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.

3. Pickup Location and Hours

  • Pickup orders can be retrieved at Be Magnificent Beauty Salon & Spa, 807 Edgewood Ave. S, Jacksonville, FL 32205. 

Our in-store pickup hours are: 

  • Tuesday: 10 am - 4 pm 
  • Wednesday: 11 am - 5 pm
  • Thursday: 1 pm - 7 pm
  • Friday: 10 am - 4 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am - 3 pm
  • Sunday & Monday: Closed

Closed on ALL major holidays and any weather days based on Duval County Public Schools schedule.

4. Required Identification

  • When picking up your order, please bring a government-issued ID and your order number.
  • If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, they must present a copy of your ID and the order number.

5. Pickup Time Frame

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days from the time you receive your pickup notification. After this period, the order will be canceled, and a refund may be issued (depending on the store policy).

6. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations to your order must be made before it is marked as “ready for pickup.” Once the order is ready, it cannot be modified or canceled.

7. Out of stock Products 

  • In the event we are out of stock of your desired product(s), your order will be available for pickup within 7-10 business days upon notice that your product is not in stock. 

Shipping

Orders placed during weekday business hours will be shipped the next day. Orders placed outside of weekday business hours will be shipped within 3 days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Tuesday. 

In the event we are out of stock of your desired product(s), your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days upon notice that your product is out of stock.

Damages/Issues

Once your order has been received, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items once they leave our store or have been shipped.
